The sight of Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel together has only amplified the anticipation for their upcoming project, tentatively titled NTR 31 or Dragon.

The highly anticipated collaboration between Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel officially kicked off last month in Hyderabad with junior artists. Jr NTR is expected to join the shoot by mid-April.

Billed as a period-action drama, the film’s first-look poster showcased Jr NTR in a rugged, intense avatar. According to a Telugu Chitraalu report, the storyline is rumored to draw inspiration from the real-life exploits of Zhao Wei, a notorious Chinese gangster who once ruled the Golden Triangle region.

The film is set for a grand release on January 9, 2026, and will hit theaters in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.
