Shruti Haasan responds to a question regarding her love life

The bold and beautiful actress, who has made her mark in both Bollywood and Tollywood, Shruti Haasan has finally opened up about her relationship status, and well she did it most daringly.

The Coolie actress, during a Q&A with her fans on Instagram, was asked if she has a boyfriend – and now her saucy yet empowering response has got people talking.

The actress tends to be private about her life but has been known to speak openly regarding self-love and growth.

“Right now I am in love with myself…..,” Shruti had replied to a fan who wanted to know if she was going to make her boyfriend public, the response putting an end to the rumours about a mystery man in her life.

In the same conversation, Shruti was quizzed about her father, legendary actor Kamal Haasan. A fan called him “Aandavar” (a divine tribute from fans) and asked how he was. Shruti replied, “All handsome as always and all ready for the next release @ikamalhaasan.

Kamal Haasan is all set to release his upcoming film Thug Life helmed by Mani Ratnam. The movie stars an ensemble cast of Silambarasan TR, Trisha Krishnan, and Sanya Malhotra. Scheduled to release on June 5, Thug Life has already garnered a lot of pre-release buzz, especially after its high-energy first single Jinguchaa became a super hit on the charts.

On the other hand, Shruti Haasan is enjoying the success of her next film Coolie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Preview of the film and audience reactions till now have only made it worse with fans desperately waiting to catch how she looks on screen.
