“I had a feeling that the movie might not work…” Raashi Khanna on Telusu Kada

Tollywood actress Raashi Khanna recently spoke honestly about the movie Telusu Kada. Her comments about the film have now become a topic of discussion among fans and people in the film industry.

She shared her thoughts during a recent interview while promoting Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh and explained what she felt while working on the movie.

Raashi Khanna played an important role in the film Telusu Kada. The movie featured Siddu Jonnalagadda as the lead hero.

When the project was announced many people believed the film would become a good success at the box office. However after its release the movie failed to impress the audience. Viewers did not connect with the story and the film did not perform well in theatres.

During the interview Raashi Khanna spoke about her experience during the shooting of the film. She said that sometimes actors can feel whether a story will connect with the audience. While working on the movie she had a similar feeling about the project.

She said "When we were shooting Telusu Kada I had a feeling that the movie might not work with the audience." She explained that such thoughts can come to actors when they spend many days working on a script and scenes.

Raashi Khanna also said "I shared this thought with a few people on the set but I could not say it strongly." According to her she did not want to hurt anyone because every person in the team was working hard to make the film.

The actress said she respected the director and the entire crew. She added "Every film is a team effort and actors trust the director and continue their work." Because of that she completed her role with full dedication.

After the film released and failed at the box office Raashi Khanna looked back at the experience. She said "Now when I look back I feel my instinct was probably right. Maybe I should have spoken more clearly about my doubts at that time."

Usually actors do not talk openly about the failure of a film. But Raashi Khanna’s honest comments surprised many fans and started discussions on social media.

At present Raashi Khanna is focusing on her upcoming movie Ustaad Bhagath Singh which stars Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. She hopes that the film will bring her a strong success in her career.
