Taylor Swift fans have a brand-new countdown to obsess over, and excitement is already running high.

On Monday, the singer unveiled the official trailer for Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour – The Final Show, confirming that the film will make its way to Disney+ on 12 December.

The trailer captures the very last night of her historic tour in Vancouver, promising what many are calling the most complete and emotionally charged edition yet. It even includes songs and moments that were never seen in previous releases.

The Vancouver concert was a standout for more reasons than one. It marked the first time Taylor performed tracks from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, in full.

These additions only came after the album’s release in April 2024, making this version of the film feel like the true, definitive archive of the tour—a final bow that brings the entire Eras journey together.

The trailer itself offers fans a glimpse of the emotions that filled the stadium that night.

During her performance of Long Live, Taylor Swift takes a moment to speak directly to the audience, saying, “We’ve had so long to prepare for the end of this tour, and we get to play one last show for you here tonight.”

Her voice carries the weight of a year spent on the road, as she continues, “I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date.”

Alongside the concert film, Taylor Swift will be releasing the first two episodes of her new six-part docuseries, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour – The End of an Era, also arriving on 12 December.

The series promises an “intimate look” at everything the tour became—its cultural domination, the fan frenzy it sparked across continents, and the sheer scale of its global impact.

Viewers will also see familiar faces, with appearances from Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran and Florence Welch.

The remaining four episodes will roll out in two batches over the following weeks.

The docuseries is directed by Don Argott and co-directed by Sheena M Joyce, while the concert film is helmed by Glenn Weiss and produced by Taylor Swift Productions in collaboration with Silent House Productions.
