Hina Khan has once again embarked on a spiritual journey to Mecca for Umrah during the holy month of Ramadan. The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment, took to Instagram to share glimpses from her pilgrimage, expressing gratitude and seeking divine blessings.

Expressing her emotions, Hina wrote, "Alhamdullilah
