Heeramandi actress Sharmin Segal and Aman Mehta blessed with baby boy

In November 2023, Sharmin married Aman Mehta, Executive Director of Torrent Pharmaceuticals, in a small ceremony in Italy.

Actress Sharmin Segal, known for her work in Heeramandi, welcomed her first child with husband Aman Mehta according to latest reports.

As per journalist Vickey Lalwani's recent Instagram update, the couple is now parents to a baby boy. However, Sharmin and Aman have yet to make an official announcement.

In November 2023, Sharmin married Aman Mehta, Executive Director of Torrent Pharmaceuticals, in a small ceremony in Italy. She is also Sanjay Leela Bhansali's niece, a well-known filmmaker.

With Malaal, in which Meezan Jafri costarred, Sharmin Segal made her Bollywood debut in 2019. She started working behind the scenes as an assistant director on Bajirao Mastani, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, before making her acting debut. Later, she costarred with Jackie Shroff and Pratik Gandhi in the horror-comedy Atithi Bhooto Bhava.

She most recently played the role of Alamzeb in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's web series Heeramandi. Both positive and negative comments were made about her performance, but Sharmin pointed out that the latter received more attention than the former.

Although there was gratitude, she acknowledged that it was frequently overshadowed. She first responded by disabling comments on her social media posts and withdrawing from online discussions.
