According to reports, the singer was rushed to the hospital on August 15, 2025, after suffering from severe food poisoning. His agency, Team Wang Records, later issued a statement confirming the situation and assured fans that Jackson is now in stable condition and under medical supervision.

The agency also expressed regret over the abrupt cancellation of the fan signing event, which had drawn immense excitement among fans. Team Wang Records revealed that ticket holders will receive full refunds and promised that discussions are underway with Music Korea to reschedule the event at a later date. “Jackson’s health is our top priority, and we sincerely apologize to fans who were looking forward to the event,” the agency said.
