Bollywood actors Farhan Akhtar and Anil Kapoor are celebrating a decade of their hit film Dil Dhadakne Do. The movie, directed by Zoya Akhtar,  was about a dysfunctional yet affluent family.

Farhan Akhtar was seen along with Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Shefali Shah, Rahul Bose and Anil Kapoor. He took to his Instagram handle and wrote: "Celebrating 10 years of laughter, love, and family ties. #10YearsOfDilDhadakneDo"

He also shared a video of the movie, which was loved for its storytelling.

Anil Kapoor, who played the role of a businessman, Kamal Mehra, was loved for his performance.

It was also Ranveer Singh's first collaboration with Zoya Akhtar. The actor played the role of
Kabir Mehra. It was a masterclass in subtlety, capturing the character's internal conflicts and evolution with ease.

Zoya's skill in crafting vulnerable and relatable male characters was on full display and it made Ranveer's Kabir a beloved character.

Zoya Akhtar had earlier praised Ranveer Singh for his sensitivity and ability to tap into complex emotions.

"I have a deep friendship with Ranveer and I know he is capable of a lot of sensitivity. So, I found it easy to tap into that. He is a great actor and I don't think there is anything that he can't do," she said.

Dil Dhadakne Do had an ensemble cast which included Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah and Rahul Bose.

Dil Dhadakne Do also featured stellar performances by Vikrant Massey, Rahul Bose, Manoj Pahwa, and more.
