Director Ashwath Marimuthu's Dragon, starring Pradeep Ranganathan, Anupama Parameswaran, and Kayadu Lohar, is currently enjoying a successful run in theatres and now, the fans of the film have started to expect its OTT release.
Dragon performed really well at the box office in the first 16 days of its release and have earned an estimated Rs 87.90 Cr India net. And on the 17th day, Dragon managed to earn Rs 3 cr net.
Dragon tells the compelling story of D Ragavan (Pradeep Ranganathan), a character who undergoes a drastic transformation from an obedient school student to a rebellious college dropout.
After his school crush confesses her love for another person, Ragavan spirals into a world of crime, even committing a fraud to secure a job at a company, which only leads him further down a dark path.
According to reports, the film's OTT rights have been sold to Netflix, where it is expected to stream towards the end of March.
While the makers have yet to officially announce the exact streaming date, reports suggest that Dragon will be available on Netflix starting from March 21.
This marks an exciting development for the film, as the streaming deal has reportedly been struck for a significant sum.

The film is already performing well at the box office, with an impressive Rs 90.90 crore nett till now in domestic collections, according to the tracking website Sacnilk.
