Deepika Padukone responds to the most asked question: “Bengaluru or Mumbai?”

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has embraced motherhood and taken some time off from acting. However, she has made sure to entertain her fans and keep them updated about her life.

The actress recently took to her Instagram and shared a video confessing that she always struggles to choose between her work in Mumbai and her hometown of Bengaluru.

While talking about her love for both cities, the actress noted that both places hold a significant role in shaping her life.

In the video, the actress can be seen getting her hair done when someone from behind the camera asked her, “Bombay or Bengaluru?"

Deepika also responded to the question of whether she misses Corner House, a popular dessert spot from her hometown. She smiled and said, “I do miss it, but I’m actually in a way glad there isn’t one in Mumbai because that would require a different level of willpower.”

However, Deepika also shared her love for Mumbai and noted, “Mumbai again because professionally, that’s where my life began and that’s where home is now, and the energy in Mumbai is very very different, so it’s very difficult to choose one over the other. But I feel like both cities have really influenced my 39 years.”

She captioned her post, “A question I get asked ever so often… Bengaluru or Mumbai?”

The video montage featured a slideshow of several throwback photos of Deepika’s childhood, school, and college days in Bengaluru, mixed with old pictures from her modeling days in Mumbai.
