Deepika Padukone embraces self-care month with simple rituals and a soothing face mask: "Consider taking a moment for yourself"

Deepika Padukone, known for her advocacy of skincare and holistic well-being, recently celebrated Self-Care Month by sharing what self-care truly means to her.

The actress took to her Instagram Stories, posting a serene mirror selfie where she was seen with a facemask on, giving a soft smile as she posed for the camera.

Alongside the photo, she wrote, “Self-care for me is about embracing the small, everyday rituals that bring joy. As we celebrate self-care month, consider taking a moment for yourself?"

It reflects Deepika's ongoing dedication to encouraging mental health and self-care. Notably, the actress proclaimed July of last year to be "Self-Care Month" on social media. She emphasized the importance of nurturing oneself and shared a calming photo of nature, captioned: “It’s Self-Care Month! But why celebrate ‘Self-Care Month’ when you can practice simple acts of Self-Care every day?”

Deepika continues to balance her film career while embracing motherhood and putting wellness first. She recently joined the cast of AA22xA6, the tentative title of Allu Arjun and Atlee's ambitious project.

On the work front, Deepika most recently starred in Singham Again, an ensemble action movie directed by Rohit Shetty and starring Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Shweta Tiwari, Dayanand Shetty, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff.

As she embraces motherhood and takes care of her newborn daughter Dua, whom she welcomed with husband Ranveer Singh in September 2024, Deepika is currently taking a well-earned vacation from filming. One of Bollywood's most well-known couples, Deepika and Ranveer, got married in 2018 after six years of courtship.
