Vicky Kaushal’s latest film Chhaava, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, continues its strong box office run, gaining momentum within just a week of its release on February 14. The historical epic has been well-received by audiences, and on Monday, it recorded an impressive India nett collection of Rs 24 crore, further cementing its success.

As per Sacnilk, Chhaava has amassed an impressive Rs 140.5 crore in India, while its worldwide gross has reached Rs 164.75 crore. The film had a phenomenal start, collecting Rs 31 crore on its opening day, making it Vicky Kaushal’s highest opener to date. Not only has Chhaava successfully broken even, but it has also become the first major Hindi release of the year to comfortably surpass its budget, solidifying its box office triumph.

Chhaava has been making waves at the box office since its release, delivering an impressive opening weekend. The film kicked off with a strong Rs 31 crore on its first Friday, followed by a significant jump on Saturday, collecting Rs 37 crore—a 19.35% increase. The momentum peaked on Sunday with Rs 48.5 crore, marking a 31.08% surge. As the week began, the historical epic maintained a steady hold, earning an estimated Rs 24 crore on Monday, bringing its India nett collection to remarkable heights within just four days.

On Monday, Chhaava maintained a solid 31% overall occupancy rate across theaters. The film saw a steady increase in footfall throughout the day, starting with 17.80% occupancy in the morning shows, which rose to 27.11% in the afternoon. The momentum picked up further in the evening with 34.12% occupancy, peaking at 47.46% during the night shows, reflecting strong audience interest even on a weekday.
