Celebrity Masterchef: Chef Ranveer Brar praises Faisal Shaikh aka Faisu; says ‘I used to think you are a hit and miss but now you are a hit’

In the latest episode of Celebrity Masterchef, the actors continue the ‘one pot challenge’ and present their dish.

Faisal Shaikh impresses guest Chef Kunal Kapur and judges Farah Khan and Ranveer Brar. Kunal asks Faisu, “Have you done any course on presentation?”

Faisu replies, “I haven’t done any course. Mere father karigar the. Wo nighty banate the, toh usme jo designs hai wo banate the. In one day he used to stitch 450 nighties. He was such a good artists, that people used to come to him to get their outfits stitched. I think I got those design skills.”

Kunal said, “If I talk about your progression, it is your sense of plating and sense of presentation. If you say that you have got it naturally, then you are lucky. People struggle, I have also struggled to learn presentation skills.”

His dish gets very positive remarks from the judges.

Chef Ranveer said, “I told you your parameters would be different and difficult since you had no disadvantages. There were more expectations from you. I will be honest. Shuru shuru me mujhe laga tha ye ladka dance show bhi karta hai, reality shows karta hai, reels karta hai bahut kuch karta toh yahan bhi show samajh ke aya hai. But you have proved me wrong with your integrity. You have mastered this challenge. When you came I thought you were a hit-and-miss but today you are a hit. You have done everything with dedication and this is a difficult dish to prepare in an hour.”

His dish won the best and was saved from this week’s elimination challenges.
