The return of BTS feels like a major moment for fans across the world, with excitement building ahead of their first full group concert in years.
The show at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul is not just a performance—it’s a long-awaited reunion between the band and ARMY after a long pause due to military service and solo schedules.
As anticipation reached its peak, members RM and Jin reached out directly to fans through Weverse, mixing excitement with a very real sense of concern for safety.
RM’s message was warm but responsible, saying, “Everyone in ARMY! We are also very excited to meet you,” wrote RM, according to Weverse’s English translation. “As it is a gathering place for many people, please make sure that everyone can enjoy the performance safely and joyfully.”
He also gently reminded fans to cooperate with organisers and safety teams, adding, “Please follow the guidance of the field staff and safety personnel on the day and show an orderly appearance,” and acknowledged the people working behind the scenes, saying, “I think a better performance can be completed only when there is order and consideration made by each ARMY. I would like to say thank you so much to the police officers who are working hard for safety, as well as to the fire department, the government and local governments.”
Jin also shared his emotions ahead of the big day, keeping his message simple and heartfelt: “There’s only one day left until our comeback.” He went on to say, “It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to greet you all together in a meaningful place, and I want to say thank you so much to those who helped and everyone who understood,” before adding, “We’ll do our best to show great performances! If you’re watching on the spot, please pay attention to your safety!”

The excitement is massive, but so are the arrangements, with Seoul increasing security and preparing for a huge crowd expected to reach into the hundreds of thousands. It’s clear this is more than just a concert—it’s a city-wide event.
After this Seoul performance, BTS are expected to continue their comeback journey with international appearances, including a Spotify event in New York and a return to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
