BTS' comeback album slated to release in March 2026; septet to return to US to shoot MV

BTS is setting the stage for one of the most anticipated comebacks in global pop music scene. According to Star News, the seven-member group - RM, Jin, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook - returned to South Korea temporarily, but will soon head back to the United States to film the music video for their upcoming song.

Industry insiders revealed that the preparations for BTS’ new album are already underway, with the visual concept and theme finalised. Recording is currently in progress, and the group’s official return is being targeted for March 2026. If plans stay on track, this will mark their first major release in more than three years, following their 10th-anniversary single Take Two in June 2023.

What makes this comeback even more exciting is the likelihood of a world tour accompanying the album. Reports suggest that once the record is out, BTS could hit the road for concerts across the globe. If confirmed, it would be their first world tour in nearly four years, after Permission to Dance on Stage series, which concluded in April 2022. Their most recent live performance as a group was the free Busan concert in October 2022.
