Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘King’ first look draws comparison to Brad Pitt's F1 scene, netizens say "Copy paste hogaya yeh..."

The most-awaited first look of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming action drama King has finally been unveiled on his 60th birthday, creating a buzz among the fans. However, the first look has also sparked a comparison to the Hollywood icon Brad Pitt.

In the teaser, Shah Rukh’s outfit closely resembles Brad Pitt's appearance from his latest film, F1: The Movie.

Shah Rukh Khan is seen in the King teaser wearing a mustard suede jacket over a light blue denim shirt, paired with a crossbody bag and aviator sunglasses.

The striking resemblance to Brad Pitt's outfit from F1 The Movie, in which the Hollywood actor wears a nearly identical ensemble in his scenes, was immediately noted by fans.

Several social media users took to social media to draw the comparison, calling it an “internationally inspired” look. While some viewers consider it a chic tribute, others question whether Pitt's racing drama aesthetic was specifically referenced in the costume selection.

According to some, Siddharth Anand has once again plagiarised something from Hollywood.

However, several fans also suggested that the filmmaker has paid a tribute to Brad Pitt with the look.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, King will also feature Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan in a key role, marking their first on-screen collaboration.
