Bollywood filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala’s production company, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., has made a major real estate investment in Mumbai.
According to reports, the banner has purchased two luxury apartments worth a total of Rs 36.57 crore in one of the city’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, Prabhadevi. The information comes from property registration documents reviewed by the real estate platform Square Yards.
Prabhadevi is renowned for its luxurious apartment complexes and ideal location, providing quick access to important business areas, medical facilities, and educational establishments. One of Mumbai's most sought-after addresses, it is also the location of the well-known Siddhivinayak Temple and a number of upscale developments.
The first of the two properties was acquired in South Mumbai's upscale residential development, Hubtown Twenty Five South North. Along with two designated parking spaces, this apartment features a carpet area of 222.13 sq. m. (about 2,390 sq. ft.) and an additional area of 19.40 sq. m. (about 208 sq. ft.).
According to IGR documents examined by Square Yards, the apartment was purchased for Rs 18.57 crore, with an additional Rs 1.11 crore paid as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration charges. The deal reflects the production company’s ongoing interest in acquiring premium real estate in Mumbai’s most exclusive areas.
Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment recently released the action thriller Baaghi 4, directed by A. Harsha, starring Tiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, and Harnaaz Sandhu.
