Parineeti Chopra reveals what marrying Raghav Chadha taught her about love; says, 'I feel guilty about...'

Mom-to-be Parineeti Chopra is in one of the most beautiful phases of her life. She is embracing motherhood while reflecting on the deeper meaning of love and partnership. The actress, who is expecting her first child with husband Raghav Chadha, recently shared heartfelt insights about her marriage in a new podcast episode on her YouTube channel.

In a candid conversation with Raghav, Parineeti opened up about how her relationship with him has reshaped her emotional world. “Whatever I have learnt about love after marriage is all from you,” she said, crediting her husband for teaching her the value of patience and emotional balance.

Describing their contrasting personalities, Parineeti admitted, “Raghav is very simple and emotionally balanced, while I am more like a volcano — I erupt every now and then. I lack patience, and I have to express everything I feel. But after marriage, I’ve learnt that love is patience, respect, and not about being selfish.” She added, “You’ve calmed me down without ever lecturing me. When I see how patient you are, I feel guilty about certain things I’ve done, and it makes me want to be a better person.”

The conversation took a lighter turn as the couple indulged in playful banter about romance. When asked who among them is more romantic, Raghav didn’t hesitate before saying, “Me!” — a response that left Parineeti laughing. She agreed but added with a smile, “Raghav’s romance is aggressive care. Daant daant ke khayal rakhta hai.”

Parineeti and Raghav first sparked dating rumours in early 2023 and tied the knot later that year in a grand yet private ceremony at The Leela Palace in Udaipur, attended by close family and friends.

In March 2025, the couple announced their pregnancy through a heartwarming post on Instagram that read, “Our little universe … on its way. Blessed beyond measure.”
