Bollywood veteran actress Nafisa Ali showed her bald look amid her resumed chemotherapy treatment and it has struck a deep chord with fans and friends across social media.

The veteran actress, who has bravely disclosed her fight with Stage-4 peritoneal cancer, is now embracing the stark physical changes chemo brings, and doing so with grace, strength, and openness.

In her post, Nafisa shared a photo of her bald look, adding: "Power Positivity."

"Bless you Nafisa," said Shabana Azmi.

For her fans, Nafisa, her decision to show her bald look is a powerful moment of solidarity and courage.

Nafisa was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and has battled it over the years.

Recently Nafisa had revealed in her Instagram post, that doctors decided surgery was no longer a viable option. She also informed then that she has resumed chemotherapy for treatment.

In a previous post she had shared tender moments with her grandchildren and wrote: "Finally my little grandchildren helped me with my hair fall."

Alongside her decision to undergo chemo, she had shared glimpses of the emotional side effects, fatigue, discomfort, and the psychological strain.

Beyond the physical, Nafisa’s choice to show her bald head publicly has a deeper resonance for many fighting this disease.
