Athiya’s father, actor Suniel Shetty, also shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, along with a lovely photo of the two of them posing inside a restaurant. His message read, "Wishing my heart in a human form, a beautiful soul … a beautiful day … happy birthday, my baby … keep shining, keep believing, keep being you."

Her brother Ahan Shetty added to the family love with an emotional birthday note for his sister. He wrote, "Happy Birthday to the one who’s been my biggest supporter, protector, and best friend.
