Jackie Shroff slams paps

Veteran actor Jackie Shroff lost his cool at a paparazzo during the prayer meet held in memory of late actor Pankaj Dheer at ISKCON Temple, Juhu, Mumbai. A video of the incident has now gone viral on social media, showing an evidently upset Jackie reprimanding a man for filming him during the solemn gathering.

In the clip, Jackie Shroff can be seen leaving the venue when he notices someone recording him closely. The visibly agitated actor stopped, turned toward the individual, and confronted him. “Tere ghar mein, apne ghar mein hoga toh samajh raha hai na?” he said sharply, implying that recording someone during a time of mourning was insensitive.

Many fans sided with the actor, applauding him for standing up for privacy and decorum. One user commented, “True thing, friend. This is not a place to disturb anyone.” Another added, “He was about to slap him—should have been a perfect lesson. The public will support you any day, @apnabhidu.” Others noted that the person filming might not have been a professional paparazzo but rather a fan with a phone.

The prayer meet saw the presence of several celebrities, including Abhishek Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty, Sonu Sood, Esha Deol, Zayed Khan, Jaaved Jaaferi, Mukesh Khanna, Poonam Dhillon, and director Rohit Shetty, among others. All gathered to pay their last respects to Pankaj Dheer, who passed away on October 15 after battling cancer.
