Bollywood fans are in for a treat as Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming romantic drama Do Deewane Seher Mein has officially been announced, starring Mrunal Thakur and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
The announcement went live on 21 November with a charming title reveal teaser, followed by the film’s first poster, featuring the lead pair.
The project has already generated excitement, especially after actor Dhanush reacted to the teaser, writing, “Looks and sounds good.”
His comment grabbed attention amid ongoing dating rumours linking him to Mrunal Thakur.
The teaser sets the romantic mood right away with its soulful, nostalgic melody and exquisitely rendered animation that introduces the characters. Sharing the announcement, the makers wrote: “Do dil, ek seher, aur ek imperfectly perfect prem kahani! This Valentine’s Day, isq se isq ho jayega! #DoDeewaneसहरMein – 20th Feb 2026.”
Fans were quick to notice the playful interaction on social media—Mrunal replied to Dhanush with a red heart and sunflower emoji, while Siddhant joined in with a heart and folded hands emoji, making the moment all the more endearing.
Mrunal Thakur and Dhanush Rumours
Rumours linking Dhanush and Mrunal have been around since August, when they were spotted at the premiere of Mrunal’s Son Of Sardaar 2.
Earlier sightings, including Mrunal at the wrap party of Dhanush’s Tere Ishq Mein, and her following of Dhanush’s sisters on Instagram, have only fuelled speculation.
However, both actors have kept their personal lives under wraps so that fans can focus on their work.

Do Deewane Seher Mein's first poster, which was released by Zed Studios and Bhansali Productions, alludes to a cosy, sentimental romance that promises both visual appeal and emotional depth. Audiences are excited because this is Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur's first on-screen collaboration.
Produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Prerna Singh, Umesh Kumar Bansal, and Bharat Kumar Ranga in collaboration with Ravi Udyawar Films, the project is directed by Ravi Udyawar, who is renowned for his delicate and visually striking storytelling.
The movie is scheduled to open in theatres on February 20, 2026, right before Valentine's Day.
