It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years since Bobby Deol first stepped into the spotlight.
To mark the special milestone, the actor celebrated in the most heartwarming way — with the paparazzi who’ve been part of his journey from the beginning.
Bobby was seen cutting a cake with photographers gathered around, all smiles and warmth. The cake, decorated with the words “Happy 30 Years Bobby,” was a sweet tribute to his three-decade-long career in cinema.
Looking effortlessly cool in a voilet T-shirt with red stripes and classic denim jeans, Bobby posed for photos and chatted with the media, clearly enjoying the moment.
In the video captured by paps, Bobby is seen laughing and cutting his cake with them.
Earlier in the day, the actor took to Instagram to share a nostalgic video montage filled with stills from his iconic films and recent web series.
Alongside the video, he wrote: “30 years of many emotions on and off screen … all made worthwhile by your love That fire still burns and I’m just getting started!”
Bobby made his debut in 1995 with Barsaat, and quickly became one of the most recognisable faces of the late '90s and early 2000s. Films like Gupt: The Hidden Truth, Kareeb, Soldier, Badal, Hum To Mohabbat Karega, Bichhoo, Ajnabee, and Humraaz cemented his status as a romantic-action hero.
However, after a strong run, his career faced a quiet phase. Despite a few hits like Apne, Yamla Pagla Deewana, and Housefull 4, Bobby seemed to step out of the limelight for a while. But in true Deol fashion, he came back stronger than ever.
Over the last few years, Bobby has reinvented himself with powerful performances in Class of ’83, the hit web series Aashram, the critically acclaimed Love Hostel, and the blockbuster Animal.
He even called Animal a film that “changed his life” in the recent Instagram post.
