Babil Khan returns on Instagram

After a five-month hiatus that followed a deeply emotional moment shared online, the young actor Babil Khan made a quiet yet powerful comeback on Instagram.

For those who don't know, Babil had left the platform in May after posting a video where he broke down in tears, speaking openly about the loneliness and pressures he felt in Bollywood. It was raw, honest, and deeply human — and it clearly took a toll.

Now, Babil has reappeared with a post that feels like a window into his healing.

In the photos, he’s seen in a cosy red sweater, a flower tucked between his lips, and a faraway look in his eyes. One picture shows him looking through a glass tumbler — artistic, but also slightly withdrawn, as if still processing everything he’s been through.

The caption he shared is a poem, one that seems to pour straight from his heart:

“Didn’t mean to eavesdrop, This glass house has lean walls. I wore my heart on my sleeves, now I have blood soaked t-shirts...”

The verses speak of sleepless nights, panic, inner demons, and the weight of carrying pain in silence. One line in particular — “You were fighting with your girl while I was fighting my depression… wait..” — is a quiet cry for understanding, delivered with honesty that’s rare in the spotlight.

Fans and friends responded instantly. Vijay Varma wrote, “Babil we got your back,” while Gulshan Devaiah added, “Look who’s here.” Aparshakti Khurana sent him a heart. The love was loud.

Back when he left Instagram, Babil’s family released a statement saying, “Like anyone else, Babil is allowed to have difficult days... we want to reassure all his well-wishers that he is safe and will be feeling better soon.”

His return, full of poetry and feeling, isn’t just about being back online — it’s a gentle reminder that healing takes time, and it’s okay to pause, feel, and come back on your own terms.
