Bigg Boss OTT 3 fame Sana Makbul hospitalised due to ‘grave condition’ after suffering liver disease

Actor and Bigg Boss OTT 3 winner Sana Makbul was recently hospitalised amid health woes. The actress is yet to share an update on her health, but Dr Aashna Kanchwala took ot her Instagram Story to reveal Sana’s hospitalization.

Dr Aashna shared a photo of Sana, who suffers from an immune disorder, from the hospital. The photo was accompanied with a caption that reads, “My strongest Diva. I’m so proud of you, for showing so much strength and resilience as you battle such a grave condition.”

Dr Aashna continued in the caption, "Inshallah, you will fight this and come out even stronger… Allah is with you. And I am always standing by you. Get well soon, my love @divasana.”

The photo showed Sana sitting on a hospital bed and looking at her hands. The actress can be seen on IV drips. Meanwhile, Sana’s hospitalisation came just a day after she celebrated Eid and shared stunning photos from the festivities on her social media. She also wished her fans “Eid Ul Adha Mubarak” in the caption.

Sana Makbul has been very open about her health woes. The actress revealed her liver disease and an immunity disorder on Bharti Singh’s podcast in March. The TV actress shared that she's been living with autoimmune hepatitis since 2020 - a condition where her body's cells attack her liver - and has been managing it with medication.

On the work front, Sana Makbul rose to stardom with her performance in Vish in Dr Aliya Sanyal. She made her film debut with the Telugu film Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya. She has also participated in the reality TV show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 in 2021.
