Bigg Boss punishes housemates for exhausting ration meant for five days in just 2 days

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss OTT 3 which was streaming live on June 25, the contestants were seen trying to convince Bigg Boss and requesting for extra food. They had to drink moringa soup for lunch due to mismanagement of the ration.
More drama followed in the house after the housemates ended up exhausting weekly ration of five days in two and half days after which they were left with no option but to request and ask Bigg Boss for more ration supplies.

Everyone was gathered in the living room and one by one apologized for doing so and requested more ration. Sana Makbul also said that fruits are not enough and starvation is not the solution.

Sana further sternly said that they should strictly ask Bigg Boss for food and that she couldn't do without food anymore. Soon after that, the rest of the members got back to her saying that they were in no position to 'strictly' ask but could only politely request him to kindly give them the necessary food supply for the rest of the week.
Following that Bigg Boss reminded them of their actions and misuse of food that led to the early exhaustion and also called them out for showing "fake unity". He continued saying that this is also the result of using the ration to cook food for some contestants on the first day in the house despite special food being given by Bigg Boss.

After a series of altercations and repeated apologies, Bigg Boss announced that they had to perform a task which would get them their ration for the next 7 days.

As a part of the task, all the contestants were asked to rank one of their fellow contestants from 1-16.
