Bigg Boss 18 fame Shilpa Shirodkar recovers after testing COVID-19 positive, says, "feeling fine, thank you for your love"

Actress and former Bigg Boss 18 contestant Shilpa Shirodkar recently announced that she has tested positive for COVID-19. However, the actress has recently shared an update on her health with her fans.

Shilpa took to her Instagram Story and revealed that she has recovered from COVID-19. She also expressed gratitude towards her fans and followers for their concerns and well-wishes.

The actress wrote, “Finally recovered, feeling fine, thank you each one of you for your love. Have a super blessed Thursday.”

Shilpa tested positive on May 19 and took to her Instagram to share the update. She wrote in the post, “Hello people! I have been tested positive for COVID. Stay safe and wear your mask! - Shilpa Shirodkar." She captioned the post, "Stay Safe."

Several fans and friends dropped ‘get well soon’ and ‘stay safe’ messages on her Instagram post. Shilpa’s recovery came amid the rise of COVID-19 cases across parts of Asia, with new infections reported in regions like Hong Kong and Singapore.

On the work front, Shilpa Shirodkar was last seen in Bigg Boss 18 along with Vivian Dsena, Karan Veer Mehra, Chum Darang, Nyra Banerjee, Muskan Bamne and Alice Kaushik among others.

She is currently gearing up for the upcoming Telugu film, Jatadhara. The pan-India supernatural fantasy thriller also stars Sudheer Babu, Ravi Prakash, Divya Vij and Rain Anjali. Written and penned by Venkat Kalyan, the film marks Sonakshi Sinha's Telugu debut.

Jatadhara revolves around investigating the enigma of the Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple, examining myths and theories about its alleged supernatural powers.
