Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi’s sci-fi comedy Bhool Chuk Maaf has been enjoying a solid run at the box office since its theatrical release on May 23. Directed by Karan Sharma, the time-loop drama has impressively crossed the Rs 60 crore mark within just 10 days of hitting the screens.

According to Sacnilk data, Bhool Chuk Maaf performed well on its first 11 days at the box office and earned an estimated Rs 61.25 crore India net. On its second Monday it earned Rs 2.25 crore.

Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi's sci-fi comedy film Bhool Chuk Maaf is performing quite strong at the box office since its theatrical release on May 23. Directed by Karan Sharma, the time-loop story has crossed the Rs 60 crore mark within 10 days release.

According to Sacnilk data, Bhool Chuk Maaf performed well on its first 11 days at the box office and earned an estimated Rs 61.25 crore India net. On its second Monday it earned Rs 2.25 crore.

Bhool Chuk Maaf had a moderate amount of occupancy across all Hindi 2D screenings on its eleventh day in theatres. The occupancy rate for morning shows was 5.27%, and it grew steadily throughout the day, reaching 11.78% in the afternoon, 11.06% in the evening, and a slight peak of 12.47% at night.

At the box office, the movie got off to a great start, earning Rs 7 crore on its first Friday. With Rs 9.5 crore on Saturday and Rs 11.5 crore on Sunday, the momentum increased over the weekend.

The film's first-week total came to Rs 44.1 crore after a decline in weekday collections of Rs 4.5 crore on Monday, Rs 4.75 crore on Tuesday, Rs 3.5 crore on Wednesday, and Rs 3.35 crore on Thursday. The movie maintained a consistent run at the box office in its second week, earning Rs 3.25 crore on Friday, Rs 5.25 crore on Saturday, and Rs 6.35 crore on Sunday.

The film revolves around Ranjan (Rajkummar Rao), who is incredibly in love with Titli (Wamiqa Gabbi), and is set against the spiritual backdrop of Banaras. He is eager to wed her and feels that getting a government job is necessary to win her family's acceptance. But things get complicated when Ranjan betrays a promise to Lord Shiva, which traps him in a time loop where he keeps reliving the same day.

In addition to Rajkummar and Wamiqa, Seema Pahwa, Raghubir Yadav, Zakir Hussain, and Sanjay Mishra all give noteworthy performances in the movie. As per latest reports, the film is soon set to stream on Amazon Prime Video from June 6.
