As the concert drew to a close, the popular rapper took a moment to give a shout-out to comedian Samay Raina, joining a growing list of celebrities voicing their support for him. This comes amidst the ongoing controversy sparked by YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia’s comments on Samay’s show, India's Got Latent. However, the rapper got trolled by the netizens for supporting Samay.

As the concert neared its conclusion, Badshah addressed the crowd, saying, "I love you Parul University. Thank you so much. Free Samay Raina."

This powerful statement, captured in a video that quickly went viral on social media, resonated with the audience, sparking an enthusiastic response. The rapper’s shout-out comes amid the ongoing controversy involving YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia’s comments on Samay's show, India's Got Latent, amplifying the support for the comedian.

The video went viral on social media with a section of netizens criticising the rapper, who appeared as a guest on one of the episodes of "India’s Got Latent", for his stance.

"Keep quiet" one user commented." "Free those…and watch out parents s*x , india is supporting… cheap individuals," said another.

"He told today also at kiit university hats off to the man," wrote another. Another comment read, "Owwww cooolll." Then there were those on Reddit who asked, "Free Samay Raina? When was he arrested?"

Samay Raina found himself in hot water after YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia made controversial comments about parents and sex during an episode of Raina's now-deleted web show India's Got Latent. The remarks sparked a significant uproar, both online and offline, resulting in numerous police complaints being filed against the duo and others associated with the show.

In response to the controversy surrounding his remarks, podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia took to Instagram on Saturday to address the issue. He assured his followers that he and his team are fully cooperating with the police, clarifying that he is not attempting to avoid the situation in any way.
