According to a recent announcement from Netflix, Aryan Khan's eagerly anticipated series, Ba***ds of Bollywood, has risen to the top and is currently trending at number one.
"Picture toh saalon se baaki par show toh #1 pe pohoch gaya hai," the streaming behemoth captioned the exciting news.
The Ba***ds of Bollywood is currently available only on Netflix.
Produced by Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, this series marks Aryan’s official debut as a filmmaker. Far from taking a cautious approach, the young director went all out. The creative team teased the audience before its launch, calling it “the baddest, filmiest show on Earth,” setting high expectations for what’s to come.
The story of Aasmaan Singh, a resolute outsider trying to establish himself in the erratic and frequently competitive film industry, is told in Ba***ds of Bollywood.
The show promises to be a captivating and enjoyable watch by deftly balancing drama and witty humour. A spectacular lineup of high-voltage cameos from Bollywood heavyweights like Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Karan Johar is also anticipated by fans, who will add a unique sparkle to the story.
Bobby Deol, Lakshya, Sahher Bambba, Mona Singh, Manoj Pahwa, Manish Chaudhari, Anya Singh, and the invariably charismatic Raghav Juyal are among the show's talented ensemble cast members.
This outstanding ensemble of performers ensures that the series keeps viewers interested from beginning to end by contributing a variety of energy and experience.
Since its release, Ba***ds of Bollywood has been generating a lot of buzz, in part because of the captivating plot and star-studded cameos, and in part because of interest in Aryan Khan's artistic vision.

This series, which marks Aryan's directorial debut, is a significant turning point in his career as he enters the spotlight behind the camera.
A part of review by Moneycontrol read, "Adding to the fun are walk-in appearances by Ranveer Singh, Aamir Khan, Emraan Hashmi, Arshad Warsi, and even SS Rajamouli, all game to parody themselves. Aryan Khan cleverly folds in Bollywood’s hot-button topics, from nepotism to drugs, with cheeky nods like a narcotics officer uncannily resembling Samir Wankhede. Hashmi turning up as a substitute intimacy coordinator or Salman Khan muttering “Baap hi to nahi banna hai” underlines how the show turns industry stereotypes into punchlines. These cameos may feel indulgent, but they double up as knowing winks to the audience."
