Anupamaa episode update July 14: Anupamaa is questioned about Malti Devi

Anupamaa has a huge drama going on and it has gone a notch higher in today's episode.

Anupamaa and her team witnessed some extremely harsh comments that her team lacks energy and that women should be homemakers than indulge in extra curricular activities. However, Anupamaa and her team promise to work harder.

Anupamaa says that they will learn from their mistakes and that it is their dream.

Later, as they all discuss about the dance, the topic of Malti Devi comes up. However, Anupamaa avoids the topic. Preet gets a hint that Anupamaa has had a past with her. Prathna thinks about her child and Hasmukh tells Leela that she should think about Prathana and Ansh as she gets an attitude.

Furthermore, at the chawl, while Anupamaa is welcomed, Preet questions Anupamaa as to why did she hide her talent. Anupamaa tells her that she did not have confidence before but now she has taken up the challenge.

Anupamaa tells Prem that she has qualified and he feels happy for her.

Parallel to this, Sarita has pain because of her injury and Anupamaa is motivated to make a medicine to ease her pain. Later, the media comes to Anupamaa to interview everyone and asks Anupamaa about her mentor. Once again she dodges the question and says that there is no age limit for one to pursue his or her dream. Preet also says that Anupamaa has made a special place in their hearts.

On the other hand, Rahi tells Manohar that she wants to learn dancing from him. However, he tells her that she should be prepared by now to get into a competition with Anupamaa. Anupamaa and Rahi almost come face to face when Manohar sends Anupamaa to give Rahi her purse.
