Anupamaa has a fleet of talented actors. The show is one of the most popular ones on television today and stars some of the best cast members.

One of them is actress Alpana Buch, who plays the role of Leela, Anupamaa's mother-in-law. She loves her home and is possessive about the things she owns, like the swing and some antiques. Her character is loved because of her bittersweet nature.

Pinkvilla recently visited her home and reportedly, she has some very unique Indian artefacts, pictures of family members and all things cozy. According to the report by the publication, Alpana lives in a 2 BHK apartment in Mumbai.

The publication reported that she has a nameplate near the door of the living room, which is made with Maharashtrian Khana saree. The door looks welcoming with a gondola painting made by her daughter. In fact, whatever is made in her house in terms of artefacts is made by her family. Nothing has been purchased from stores.

Talking about her living room, it has two sofas separated by a tiny table. It has a television with a jute cupboard below it.

The walls of her home have been painted with earthy terracotta colours and decorated with paper carvings and warli paintings. Apart from Indian artifacts, she also has some decorative items which reflect the Assam and African traditions.

The kitchen area, as reported by the publication, is an open kitchen with high raised chairs and a table. It has a black and white theme. The kitchen leads to a small passage which has pictures of her family.

Alpana has two bedrooms, of which the first is occupied by her daughter, who has a bed, a study table and a cupboard.

The publication reports that the second bedroom belongs to Alpana and has a 30 to 40-year-old painting purchased from Kashmir.
