Anjini Dhawan may have made her debut with Binny and Family, but with her upcoming role in Sikandar, she is stepping into a whole new realm of acting—one that’s larger, bolder, and significantly more intense.

Moving from the heartwarming tones of a family drama to the high-energy spectacle of Sikandar, Anjini was fully aware that she had to bring a fresh approach to this challenging new world. Instead of following a traditional or regimented training routine, she chose to focus on refining her craft in a way that allowed her to remain sharp, adaptable, and ready for anything.

“Nothing specific, but I’ve been regularly workshopping with my acting coaches to fine-tune my skills and stay sharp,” Anjini shares. “Every role requires a different approach, so I love to stay prepared and flexible.”

For Anjini, acting is more than just memorising lines or adhering to a particular technique—it’s about truly understanding the essence of each character. She believes in aligning herself with the rhythm of the story and adjusting her performance to suit the unique demands of the role. Sikandar required exactly that—spontaneity, a commanding presence, and the ability to stand strong in a grand, action-packed narrative.

This approach of constant learning and adaptation sets Anjini apart from many others in the industry.
