Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun recently found himself at the center of social media chatter after a video of his interaction with a CISF personnel at Mumbai Airport went viral. The incident occurred when the actor was briefly stopped at the airport entry gate and asked to remove his mask and sunglasses for face verification — a standard security protocol.
Wearing black track pants and a white T-shirt, Allu Arjun can be seen making his way to the airport entrance in the widely shared video.
After he presented his ID, the CISF officer requested that he take off his mask and sunglasses for identification. The actor appeared to pause and converse briefly with the officer before a member of the actor's team took over to address the staff.
Following the brief exchange, Arjun quickly lowered his mask to reveal his face before putting it back on after removing his sunglasses. Then he could go in. However, the video went viral online, particularly on Reddit, where many people criticised him for not complying immediately.

Comments included, “The CISF guy was 100% within his right to ask the actor to show his face,” and, “Just show your full face, man. Why be so egoistic? Sadly, these people think themselves as Gods because of stupid fans and don’t care to follow protocols.”
On the work front, Allu Arjun is gearing up for his next big project, AA22xA6, directed by Atlee. The film boasts a star-studded cast including Deepika Padukone, Rashmika Mandanna, Janhvi Kapoor, and Mrunal Thakur. It is slated for a worldwide theatrical release in late 2026 or early 2027 across multiple languages.
