Many Bollywood celebs have been praising Dhurandhar 2, actor Ranveer Singh and director Aditya Dhar for delivering a smashing hit.
And joining the long list of celebs is actress Alia Bhatt, who had worked with Ranveer Singh in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, was all praise for her former co-star.
Alia Bhatt pointed out one particularr scene from the movie, which features Ranveer's character Jaskirat Singh Rangi returning to his village to meet his mother and sister. It is a poignant scene where the protagonist is unable to muster the courage to meet them and there is pain and tears in his eyes of having lost both his families in his mission to save the nation.
Jaskirat, who is now an Indian RAW agent, stops and looks at his mother and sister from a distance instead of rushing forward to meet them.
Alia loved the scene and wrote, "Jaskirat Singh Rangi and this moment..is everything (red heart emoji) the magic of the director and the actor in complete sync! Congratulations Team Dhurandhar for this historic run at the movies."
