On March 15th, actor Alia Bhatt shared an exciting announcement that celebrated both her birthday and the next step forward in her creative career—launching a brand new line of children's products called "Eternal Kids" from her production company, Eternal Sunshine.

This new product line is not only intended to create value for kids by providing them with engaging stories but also serves as an extension of Alia's own family-oriented values.

Taking to Instagram, Alia stated that this new venture is very personal to her. The projects under Eternal Kids will be inspired by stories and characters created by her late grandfather, Narendranath Razdan, who passed away in June 2023.

According to Alia Bhatt, the team has already begun working on three projects under the children’s label.

Sharing the news with her followers, Alia Bhatt wrote, “Our production company, Eternal Sunshine, has just welcomed a new addition. Meet Eternal Kids. We already have three thrilling projects in the works. There are C, G, and M (We will disclose their names shortly). These are based on tales and characters created by my grandfather. Shaheen and I were raised on these stories, and we are excited to share them with you. We miss you, Grandpa.”

She and her sister Shaheen Bhatt were raised on the imaginative tales created by their grandfather, and now the sisters are eager to bring those cherished characters and narratives to a wider audience through Eternal Kids.

Apart from developing children’s content, Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt are also busy with another project under their production banner. The sisters are currently working on a Prime Video original film titled Don’t Be Shy. The film has been written and directed by Sreeti Mukerji.

The story follows Shyamili ‘Shy’ Das, a 20-year-old young woman who believes she has her life perfectly planned. However, things quickly take an unexpected turn, disrupting her carefully organised world and forcing her to face situations she never imagined. The rest of the cast and further details about the project are yet to be revealed.

The highly anticipated film is scheduled to release in theatres on July 10, making it an exciting year ahead for Alia Bhatt both as an actor and a producer.
