Bollywood stars R. Madhavan and Akshay Kumar were recently seen on Monday morning at Mumbai's private airport as they left to promote Kesari Chapter 2, their eagerly awaited historical drama. However, it was Akshay Kumar's considerate act that captured hearts on the internet, not just their presence.

Paparazzi greeted the duo as they got closer to the airport gate, yelling for a brief photo opportunity. Following protocol, Akshay paused and politely asked a CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) officer stationed at the entrance if photography was allowed at that location.

The officer was apprehensive at first, but after Akshay politely clarified that they would keep it short, he nodded. After politely posing for individual and group photos, the actors entered.

Akshay has received a lot of social media praise for the moment, which was caught in a now-viral video. Netizens praised the actor for treating officials with dignity and adhering to airport security regulations, describing it as a welcome reminder that everyone is subject to the same rules, regardless of celebrity status.

Akshay and Madhavan are en route to Amritsar, where they’re scheduled to kick off the promotional tour for Kesari Chapter 2. The film, directed by Rajkumar Gupta, delves into the dark and painful chapter of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre—a pivotal moment in India’s struggle for independence.

In the film, Akshay Kumar takes on the powerful role of C. Sankaran Nair, the fearless barrister who legally challenged the British Crown and accused them of orchestrating genocide. R. Madhavan portrays Neville McKinley, the British lawyer defending the empire in court. Adding to the intrigue, Ananya Panday joins the cast in a significant role, though details about her character are still under wraps.

Kesari Chapter 2 is slated for a grand theatrical release on 18th April 2025, and promises to be a stirring blend of courtroom drama, patriotism, and historical insight.
