Pop sensation Adele has sparked engagement rumours recently after being spotted with a dazzling diamond ring on her left hand. While speculation about her relationship status with sports agent Rich Paul has been swirling for some time, recent events suggest a major step forward for the couple. According to a report by The Sun, Rich visited London, Adele’s hometown and with a four-carat diamond ring popped the big question.

Recently in London, Adele was spotted with Rich hiding herself and her ring away with a golden purse from the eyes of paparazzi. She was snapped in a full-sleeved white shirt with her locks open. Rich was wearing a denim blue shirt alongside a white cap while he was shielding her. Fans promptly noticed the ring on her finger and speculations began on whether she was engaged or married.

On stage, Adele once referred Rich as her “husband” which added fuel to the fire but later a report stated that it was an inside joke and she got engaged only now. Adele and Rich celebrated their engagement by sipping champagne at Chiltern Firehouse the next evening.

Adele had also shared with her fans that she wants to focus on “other creative things” instead of music. “I don’t have any plans for music at all,” said the singer.

She added, “ I want a big break after this and I think I want to do other creative things, just for a little while.” “I don’t like being famous. I love that I get to make music all the time.” She shared.

After releasing her debut album 19 in 2008, followed by 21 in 2011, 25 in 2015, and 30 in 2021, Adele is gearing up for a new chapter.

In January, she announced on Instagram that she will be performing a series of residency shows in Germany "I haven't played in Europe since 2016! I couldn't think of a more wonderful way to spend my summer and end this beautiful phase of my life and career with shows closer to home during such an exciting summer," Adele had captioned the post. Fans can catch her live at the Munich Messe Arena from August 2 to August 24.
