Actor Krishan Kumar's daughter Tishaa dies of cancer, she was 21

Former Bollywood actor Krishan Kumar's 21 year-old daughter Tishaa passed away due to cancer. Kishan Kumar was an actor in the 90s era.

Tishaa was battling cancer for a long time and was also taken to Germany for further treatment. Kishan Kumar's daughter passed away in the hospital yesterday (July 18).

"Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that family’s privacy is respected," said T-Series  spokesperson in a statement.

Krishan Kumar is remembered for his role in Bewafa Sanam (1995), its songs 'Achha Sila Diya' were superhit. He also co-owns T-Series, which is the largest music production company in the country.

Krishan Kumar's father, Chandrabhan, was a fruit seller who migrated to Delhi after the partition of India. He is the youngest brother of late Gulshan Kumar.

Kishan Kumar is married to Tanya Singh, who is the daughter of music composer Ajit Singh.
