Aamir Khan's son, Junaid Khan, and Sridevi's daughter, Khushi Kapoor, are ready to make their much-anticipated theatrical debut with Loveyapa. In a show of support for her brother, Ira Khan took to social media to share a heartfelt post celebrating Junaid's big release.
The debut of these two star children has generated excitement, with fans eagerly awaiting their performances in this upcoming project. The film is expected to mark the beginning of a promising career for both Junaid and Khushi, who have been in the spotlight even before stepping into the limelight themselves.
Ira Khan took to Instagram to share a childhood photo with her brother Junaid, revealing that while he may appear to be a Gen Z in the film, he's actually a millennial.
She captioned the post as, "When he still thought I was cute! And look how excited I am to receive his attention and affection! I think we’re both cute Someone asked me who’s older.
Junaid!! 5 whole years. How is that even a question!? Can’t tell who’s being complimented and who’s being insulted. Though he does look very GenZ in #loveyapa"
Once the post was shared, the comment section quickly filled with praise for the brother-sister duo and growing excitement for Junaid's debut film, Loveyapa.
In Loveyapa, Junaid portrays a Delhi boy, and reports suggest that he spent three months living in Delhi to truly understand his character.
A source shared with The Free Press Journal, "Junaid Khan fully immersed himself in the role, staying in Delhi for three months to capture the essence and nuances of a typical Delhi boy for his debut film."
The source further added that Junaid explored the ins and outs of Delhi, from Chandani Chowk to Lodhi Gardens. The report states that Junaid interacted with locals to get his mannerisms and dialect right for the film.
The trailer for Loveyapa, released earlier this month, kicks off with playful moments highlighting the chemistry between Gaurav (Junaid Khan) and Baani (Khushi Kapoor). However, the story takes a dramatic twist when Baani's father (Ashutosh Rana) challenges the couple to exchange phones as a test of love. What starts as a lighthearted challenge quickly escalates into chaos, uncovering hidden secrets, cryptic messages, and past relationships that threaten to unravel their connection.
