WBJEEB will release the Round 2 seat allotment result for WBJEE 2025 counselling today. Candidates must confirm admission and complete document verification by 11 September.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is set to release the Round 2 seat allotment result for WBJEE Counselling 2025 today, 9 September. Candidates who participated in the second round of counselling will be able to check their allotment status once the result is published on the official website wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee.

The result will be available only online. To access it, candidates must log in using their WBJEE 2025 roll number and password. No other method will be used to announce the seat allotment.

Who Is Eligible for Round 2?

Round 2 includes both candidates who were allotted seats in the first round and those who were not. However, fresh registrations or changes to preferences were not permitted during this round. Seat allotment will be based on:

  • WBJEE 2025 rank
  • Candidate’s category
  • Preferences submitted earlier
  • Availability of seats

How to Check WBJEE 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment

Once the result is live, candidates can follow these steps:

  1. Visit wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee
  2. Click on the Round 2 seat allotment link
  3. Select your registration type
  4. Enter your roll number and password
  5. Click ‘Sign In’
  6. Pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 5000 online via net banking, credit/debit card or UPI
  7. Download the seat allotment letter

Next Steps After Allotment

Candidates who receive a seat must report to their allotted institute for document verification. This process must be completed by 11 September 2025. Each institute will publish its own schedule for verification, so candidates should check directly with the respective institute.

All required documents must be submitted and verified within the deadline. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the allotted seat. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for updates and instructions.
