UPSC CSE 2024 Personality Test Postponed: Check New Date and Official Notice Here

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued an important update regarding the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 personality test. The test, originally scheduled for 5 February 2025, has been postponed due to the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025.

New Date for the Postponed Test

As per the official notice, 48 candidates who were set to appear for the personality test on 5 February will now take the test on 8 February 2025. The commission has informed that the tests will be held on Saturday, and the rest of the schedule remains unchanged.

The notice on the official UPSC website read, “Due to notification of Delhi Assembly elections on 05.02.2025, the Personality Tests of Civil Services Exam 2024 scheduled on 05.02.2025 will now be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025.”

The UPSC CSE 2024 personality test began on 7 January 2025 and is scheduled to continue until 17 April 2025. A total of 2,845 shortlisted candidates are being interviewed during this period. The final results for UPSC CSE 2024 will be released after the interview round concludes.

The commission had earlier declared the results of the CSE Mains examination on 10 December 2024. Candidates who cleared the Mains examination are now participating in the personality test round.
