UP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment Results Today

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, will announce the results of the first round of seat allotment for the 85% state quota under the Uttar Pradesh NEET Undergraduate (UP NEET UG) 2025 counselling today.

The counselling process covers admissions to MBBS and BDS programmes in government and private medical and dental colleges across the state. Only candidates who completed document verification and paid the registration fee within the stipulated period were allowed to submit their preferred college choices.

According to the revised state merit list, 32,230 candidates have qualified for the UP NEET UG 2025 counselling, with an additional 1,531 students added for this year’s state-level allocation.

Applicants can check their allotment status on the official website — upneet.gov.in — and will be able to download their seat allotment letters between August 18 and 23, and again on August 25 and 26.

How to Check UP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result

 

  1. Visit the official website: upneet.gov.in
  2. Click on the link titled “UP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result”.
  3. Enter the required login credentials.
  4. View the seat allotment status displayed on the screen.
  5. Download and print the allotment letter for future reference.

Refund Rules for Round 1
  • Candidates allotted seats in the first round can withdraw their admission up to two days before the choice-filling window for the second round opens.
  • Those resigning before the free exit deadline will receive a refund of their security deposit.
  • For government college allotments, all deposits except the admission fee will be refunded.
  • For private college allotments, the tuition fee will be refunded.
