The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2025 for the Group C and D recruitment exam. Eligible candidates can now download their hall tickets from the official website – ssc.gov.in. The commission will conduct the Computer-Based Examination (CBE) for Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ on 6th, 7th, and 8th August 2025 at various exam centers nationwide.

How to download SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2025?

Candidates can follow these simple steps to download their admit cards:

Step 1. Visit the official SSC website – ssc.gov.in.
Step 2. Click on the “Admit Card” tab on the homepage.
Step 3. Select the Stenographer Grade C & D Exam 2025 link.
Step 4. Enter your registration number, password, and security code.
Step 5. Click "Login" and download the admit card.
Step 6. Take a printout for future reference.

The admit card will include crucial details such as:

  • Candidate’s name & roll number
  • Exam date, time, and venue
  • Reporting time & instructions
  • Photograph and signature
  • Documents Required at Exam Centre

Candidates must carry the following to the exam hall:
  • Printed copy of SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2025
  • Original valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)
  • Two passport-sized photographs

Note: Without the admit card and ID proof, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern 2025

The SSC Stenographer 2025 exam will consist of three sections with a total of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) carrying 200 marks. The exam will assess candidates in General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 questions, 50 marks), General Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks), and English Language & Comprehension (100 questions, 100 marks). Candidates will be given 2 hours to complete the test. Those who qualify for the written exam will proceed to the Skill Test (Stenography & Typing) as the next stage of the selection process.
