Railway Group D Recruitment 2025: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have initiated the online application process for 32,438 Level 1 posts under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. This recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies across various departments within the Indian Railways. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from January 23, 2025, to February 22, 2025.

The application fee can be paid online from February 23 to 24, 2025. A modification window for corrections in the application form will be available from February 25 to March 6, 2025. The official notification is available on the RRB website.

Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications and age limits. Detailed information regarding eligibility criteria can be found in the official notification. The age limit for these posts is between 18 and 36 years as of January 1, 2025.

The selection process will comprise four stages: a Computer-Based Test (CBT), a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, and a Medical Examination. The written test will consist of 100 questions and will have a duration of 90 minutes. There will be negative marking, with 1/3 marks deducted for each incorrect answer.

The minimum qualifying marks for shortlisting in various categories are as follows: UR/EWS: 40%, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/SC/ST: 30%.

Step 2. Find the link for the RRB Group D 2025 recruitment notification and click on it.

Step 3. Click on the "New Registration" button.

Step 4. Enter your personal and contact information accurately, including name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Step 5. After entering the required details, submit the form. You will receive a registration number and password.

Step 6. Log in using your registration number and password.

Step 7. Provide details about your educational qualifications, community (if applicable), and other relevant information.

Step 8. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and any other required documents as per the specified dimensions.

Step 9. Pay the application fee online through the available payment gateway.

Step 10. Review all the information entered and submit the application form.

Step 11. Download and print a copy of the submitted application form for your records.

The examination fee is Rs. 500 for all candidates. Out of this, Rs. 400 will be refunded after appearing in the CBT. For PwBD/Female/Transgender/Ex-Servicemen candidates and those belonging to SC/ST/Minority Communities/Economically Backward Class (EBC), the fee is Rs. 250, which will also be refunded after the CBT.
