Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme Last Date: The Telangana government will close the online application process for the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025 today, on April 14. Aspiring entrepreneurs from SC, ST, BC, and Minority communities can avail of financial aid upto Rs. 3 lakh to establish self-employment ventures. The initiative aims to empower youth by providing subsidized loans, fostering economic independence and job creation.

Key Features of the Scheme

The scheme offers concessional loans under three categories:

Category 1: Loans up to Rs. 1 lakh with an 80% subsidy (beneficiary contributes 20% or arranges bank linkage).

Category 2: Loans between Rs. 1 lakh and Rs. 2 lakh with a 70% subsidy.

Category 3: Loans up to Rs. 3 lakh with a 60% subsidy.

This tiered structure ensures tailored support for varying business needs.

How to apply for Telangana Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025?

Eligible candidates must submit applications online via the official portal: tgobmms.cgg.gov.in before the deadline.

Important Dates

  • Last date for applications: April 14, 2025.
  • Loan sanction: Approved beneficiaries will receive loan documents on June 2 (Telangana Formation Day).

Eligibility and Selection

The SC, ST, and BC Welfare Corporations have outlined specific eligibility criteria in their notifications. Youth from marginalized communities meeting the requirements can benefit from this scheme.

Note: Either a Ration card or Income certificate is enough for applying for Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme.

Age Limit

  • 21–55 years for non-agricultural schemes (as of July 1st of the implementation year)
  • 21–60 years for agriculture and allied sectors.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Ration Card (or) Income Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (issued after Telangana formation)
  • Permanent Driving License (for transport sector schemes)
  • Pattadar Passbook (for agricultural schemes)
  • SADAREM Certificate (for PwDs)
  • Passport-Sized Photograph
  • Vulnerable Group Certification (certified by the Mandal Level Committee)
