The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has begun the online registration process for Class 11 admissions for the academic session 2025-27. Starting today, eligible students can apply through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) portal (ofssbihar.net) to secure seats in Arts, Science, or Commerce streams. The application window will remain open until May 3, 2025.
Students who have passed their Class 10 exams from the BSEB, CBSE, or ICSE boards are eligible to apply. The admission process follows the recent declaration of Bihar Board’s Matric and Intermediate results in March and April 2025, while CBSE and ICSE results are also expected soon.
Application Fee
Pay the application fee of Rs. 350 (an increase of Rs. 50 from previous years) via online payment modes.
Merit List and Admission Procedure
After the application deadline, BSEB will release three merit lists based on students’ Class 10 marks and reservation criteria. Key highlights include:
Students who do not secure a seat in the first three merit lists can opt for spot admissions, a final opportunity to enrol in preferred schools.
How to apply for OFSS 11th Admission 2025:
Step 1. Register on OFSS Portal – Visit ofssbihar.in, click "Class 11 Admission 2025," and enter 10th roll number, DOB, and mobile number for OTP verification.
Step 2. Fill Application Form – Log in, provide personal details, 10th marks, preferred stream (Arts/Science/Commerce), and select school choices.
Step 3. Upload Documents – Attach scanned copies of your 10th mark sheet, passport-size photo, and signature (if required).
Step 4. Pay Rs. 350 Fee – Complete payment via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI to confirm submission.
Step 5. Download Acknowledgement – Review details, submit the form, and save the confirmation slip for future reference.
