JEE Main Answer Key 2025

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer keys for the JEE Main 2025 BE/B.Tech examination, revealing that 12 questions have been dropped. The exam, held between January 22nd and 30th, saw a majority of the dropped questions coming from the Physics section.

The NTA has published the final answer keys on its official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The dropped questions span across the three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Specifically, the question IDs are: Physics (656445270, 7364751025, 656445566, 6564451161, 656445870, 7364751250, 564451847, 6564451917), Chemistry (656445728, 6564451784), and Mathematics (6564451142, 6564451898).

The NTA has a process in place for such situations. For multiple-choice questions (MCQs), if no option is correct, a question is incorrect, or a question is dropped, full marks are awarded to all candidates, regardless of whether they attempted the question. If all options are correct, four marks are awarded to all who attempted it. If multiple options are correct, four marks are given to those who marked any of the correct options. For numerical value questions, if a question is incorrect or dropped, four marks are awarded to all who attempted it. The reasons for dropping questions can vary, including human or technical error during question formulation.
