Candidates can access the official merit list on the NBEMS official website. While the merit list is now available, the individual All India 50% Quota Scorecards for eligible candidates will be accessible for download from the NBEMS website on or after September 5, 2025. The board has clarified that physical copies of the scorecard will not be mailed; candidates must download their digital copies personally.

NEET-PG 2025 Rank: This is the candidate's overall all-India merit position among all test-takers, which was declared previously.
All India 50% Quota Rank: This rank determines the candidate's position only among those eligible for the All India 50% quota counselling. It is the primary rank for the upcoming Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) process.
All India 50% Quota Category Rank: This reflects the candidate's merit position within their specific reserved category (OBC/SC/ST/EWS) among those eligible for the 50% quota counselling.

Next Steps for Counselling
Candidates who have scored at or above the previously announced category-wise cut-off scores are eligible to participate in the online counselling for the 50% quota seats. This counselling will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
