The Maharashtra School Education Department has released the second round seat allotment result for First-Year Junior College (FYJC) admissions 2025. Students who applied through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) can now check which college they have been allotted at the official website mahafyjcadmissions.in.
This round was meant for students who either did not get a seat in the first round or made changes to their college preferences. Over six lakh students are participating in this year’s FYJC admission process.
What the allotment list shows
The CAP Round 2 allotment list mentions the name of the college allotted, the stream (Arts, Science, or Commerce), and the merit score based on which the seat was given.
Students who have been allotted a seat in this round must confirm their admission between 18 July and 21 July 2025. To complete the admission, they must report to the allotted college with the required documents.
If a student fails to confirm admission within this time, the seat will be forfeited. Students who have not been allotted a seat in this round should wait for the vacancy list, which will be published on 23 July 2025.
